Introduction: Past, Present, Future

I've had an inescapable desire to write lately.  There are all these ideas floating around in my head, but I can't seem to grab any of them or hold them long enough to develop them.  It's frustrating.  Very frustrating.

So a few days ago I pulled out some of my old poetry.  The vast majority is from before Fish and I got married--much of it written about past boyfriends--so my feelings are very different now.  But it inspired me anyway.

I want to get back into writing poetry, but I'm a little tired of stashing it away in journals and Word documents.  You'll find an assortment of old and new, serious and silly, and sometimes just plain ridiculous.  Here and there you might find an old paper I wrote.  But all of it is part of my journey, part of my experience.

So here I am, readying myself to pour out my feelings--past, present, and future--to the anonymous audience of the web.  I'm baring my stretch marks for everyone to see.
